Ingredients
1 banana
1/2 avocado
1 bunch spinach
2 dates (pitted)
1 cup almond milk
2 tbsp raw cocoa nibs
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix!
*** I love thick smoothies so this is quite a thick consistency however just add more almond milk if you prefer. Option to also use a frozen banana and add two ice cubes if you would like an ice-cream alternative!
